Mane & Tail Thinning Comb from Centaur’s Equi-Essentials line is a handy horse grooming tool, especially when you’re in a hurry to get your horse looking good! This two-sided comb has a comfortable handle with good grip. One side of the comb has regular fine teeth for combing. The other side has shorter, wider teeth with a razor blade inserted in the middle. The edge of the blade is set approximately 1/8″ below the edge of the teeth. This configuration makes it possible to trim small amounts of hair with less chance of cutting too much.

Equi-Essentials Mane & Tail Thinner can be used to thin a mane prior to braiding or to make a thick unruly mane more manageable.
